New Delhi: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) recorded statement of former Information and Broadcasting minister Manish Tewari on Wednesday in the Sunanda Pushkar murder case.
Tewari was reportedly quizzed for over two hours by the SIT.
Tewari was infact in the same flight enroute to Delhi which was also boarded by Sunanda and her husband Shashi Tharoor on 14th January 2014, CNN-IBN reported.
Sunanda was found dead in her suite at a five star hotel in south Delhi on the night of 17 January , 2014, a day after she was involved in a spat with Pakistani journalist Mehr Tarar on Twitter over the latter's alleged affair with her husband Shashi Tharoor.
