World’s second tallest tower Burj Azizi to host the highest nightclub

Dubai’s skyline is set to welcome Burj Azizi, which will become the world’s second-tallest skyscraper at 725 meters (2,379 feet) once completed.

According to The Metro, this architectural marvel will feature the world’s highest nightclub on the 126th floor, among other luxury attractions.

Construction is expected to be completed by 2028, with the project valued at $1.63 billion. Burj Azizi will stand just behind the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, and will boast 131 floors.

In addition to the nightclub, the tower will include the world’s highest restaurant, observation deck, and hotel lobby. It will house a seven-star all-suite hotel, penthouses, apartments, vacation homes, and a vertical shopping mall, all aimed at elevating the luxury living experience in Dubai.

Sales for the ultra-luxury residences are set to begin in February 2025, and while prices have not yet been disclosed, they are expected to be significant.

Burj Azizi will also be the only freehold building on Sheikh Zayed Road, offering a unique investment opportunity in Dubai’s prestigious district. The tower will include Dubai's tallest hotel room, a beach club, and an opulent ballroom, along with world-class amenities.

Mirwais Azizi, Founder and Chairman of Azizi Developments, emphasized the transformative nature of the project. "Our AED 6 billion investment in Burj Azizi is about more than creating an iconic structure; it’s about redefining Dubai’s skyline and setting new standards in luxury," Azizi said. "With its innovative design and cutting-edge technology, this tower will offer an unparalleled living and dining experience at extraordinary elevations."

The seven-star hotel will also celebrate the world’s seven major cultures through its interior design, embodying the spirit of Dubai in every detail.
