UAE's Mothers Endowment campaign, Emirati businessman donates Dh 5M

Dubai: Emirati businessman Gheyath Mohammad Gheyath, owner of the GINCO Group, has pledged Dh5 million towards the Mothers’ Endowment campaign initiated by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

The Dh1 billion fund was established to honor the mothers of UAE by supporting the education of millions globally, reflecting the UAE's mission of extending aid to communities and vulnerable populations worldwide.

Organized by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives and coinciding with the holy month of Ramadan, the Mothers’ Endowment campaign serves as a symbol of hope and support for mothers and their families across the globe.

Gheyath Mohammad Gheyath expressed his views on the campaign, emphasizing its role in allowing various stakeholders to come together for the betterment of communities and to support humanitarian and charity initiatives worldwide.

“Supporting the education of millions is no doubt the best gift to give our mothers, allowing more people to help create a better future for young generations where they can ensure sustainable and comprehensive development of their communities”, said Gheyath.

The Mothers’ Endowment campaign welcomes contributions from institutions and individuals across multiple channels, ensuring accessibility and convenience for donors.

Donations can be made through the campaign’s website (Mothersfund.ae) and via the DubaiNow app's "Donations" tab, providing a seamless digital experience.

For direct assistance, a dedicated call center is available, via the toll-free number (800 9999).

Contributions are also possible via SMS by sending the word “Mother” to designated numbers (1034, 1035, 1036, 1038) for Etisalat users.

Donations can be made through bank transfers in UAE dirhams to the campaign bank account number with Emirates Islamic Bank (AE790340003708472909201).

Additionally, donors can utilize Dubai’s community contributions platform Jood (Jood.ae) to support the campaign's noble cause.
