UAE sends 938 tonnes of aid to Gaza amid humanitarian crisis

Gaza: The United Arab Emirates has dispatched five humanitarian aid convoys carrying 938 tonnes of relief supplies to the Gaza Strip, reinforcing its ongoing assistance to Palestinians amid the continuing humanitarian crisis.

A total of 76 trucks reached Gaza this week as part of the UAE's efforts to address the urgent humanitarian needs of the Palestinian population. The consignments include food parcels, materials for temporary shelters and 20 potable water tankers aimed at meeting essential civilian requirements.

The aid is being processed and dispatched through the UAE Humanitarian Aid Logistics Centre, enabling the rapid sorting and delivery of relief supplies into the besieged territory.

The latest shipment forms part of the UAE's broader humanitarian campaign to ease the suffering of Palestinians and sustain the flow of emergency assistance into Gaza despite the prevailing challenges.

The operation is being carried out under Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, the UAE's flagship humanitarian initiative launched to provide uninterrupted relief and emergency support to Palestinians affected by the ongoing crisis.
