Manama: UAE, Bahrain leaders discuss regional security

President Sheikh Mohamed visited Bahrain on Monday, where he held talks with King Hamad on bilateral relations and regional developments, according to state news agency Wam.

The discussions took place against the backdrop of the ongoing Iran war, with both leaders reviewing the impact on the region and beyond. They reaffirmed the close ties between the UAE and Bahrain during the meeting.

Sheikh Mohamed and King Hamad said attacks attributed to Tehran targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure in the UAE, Bahrain and other countries represent a violation of national sovereignty and international law.
