The Saudi aid agency KSrelief has launched a volunteer program to distribute food parcels in earthquake-affected areas of Syria and Turkiye, reported by the Saudi Press Agency.
The program's initial phase aims to provide food baskets for 2,000 people in the Turkish cities of Reyhanli and Gaziantep. KSrelief chief Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah inaugurated the program on Friday.
According to a statement from the organisation, this effort is part of KSrelief's ongoing mission to alleviate the suffering of people in Syria and Turkiye affected by the 2023 earthquakes.
