Sheikh Salim bin Abdul Rahman Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Ruler's Office, inaugurated the eighth season of 'Gulf Madhyamam' Educafe at the Sharjah Expo Centre. Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Abdullah Sultan Al Uwais, Sharjah Expo Center's Saif Muhammad Al Midfa, and Gulf Madhyamam Chief Editor V.K. Hamza Abbas were present.

Gulf Madhyamam Educafe gets a grand start in Sharjah

Sharjah: Middle East's largest Indian education and career fair 'Gulf Madhyamam' Educafe 8th season has started at Sharjah Expo Centre. Sheikh Salim bin Abdul Rahman Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Ruler's Office, inaugurated it. Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Abdullah Sultan Al Uwais, Sharjah Expo Center's Saif Muhammad Al Midfa, Consul of the Passport and Attestation Section of the Indian Consulate in Dubai Ramkumar Thankaraj, and Gulf Madhyamam Chief Editor V.K. Hamza Abbas participated.

The programme will go on till October 22nd. This time, Educafé is being staged in conjunction with the International Education Exhibition, which is being held in collaboration with the UAE Ministry of Education. Gulf Madhyamam is also responsible for the Indian pavilion. Sheikh Salim bin Abdul Rehman also inaugurated the Indian Pavilion.

From the morning of the first day, there is a flow of students to the expo centre. Various sessions will be held at Educafe on the second day from 9.30 am. Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam's companion, writer, and speaker Sreejanpal Singh, presenter and Kerala University Assistant Professor Dr Arun Kumar, magician Raja Murthy, motivational speaker Mani Paul, and bio-hacking expert Mahroof will take the stage in the upcoming days. An award organized in the name of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam will be given out to find the smartest students this time too. Around 50 people who visit the Educafé will get a free trip to Musandam, Oman. Another special feature is the panel discussion in which the principals of leading schools in the UAE are participating.

Colleges, schools, universities, medical educational institutes, career guidance centres, distance learning institutes, immigration consultants, etc. from India and abroad are all participating in Educafe. Various sessions will be held to spread awareness about courses and job opportunities in foreign countries.

This is the first time that Educafé is coming to the Expo Center, the venue of the Sharjah Book Festival. Parking and entry are free. Educafé was also included in the international education exhibition considering the contributions it made to the education sector in the last seven seasons. Admission is from 9 am to 3 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays and from 3 pm to 9 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
