Sharjah: On the second day of Educafe, many workshops were organised to highlight what the future's education and employment will entail. What job observers and career specialists have to say about the future was the topic of a motivational speech given during sessions from 9.30 am to noon. The aspiring future leaders highly awaited this session.
Job guidance and Career Development Trainer and Connex IC General Manager Kasim Puthanpurakkal interacted with the students during the first session of the job guidance programme, "Make Your Future." He spoke about the things to consider while choosing a future career All about educational opportunities that lead to excellent careers.
In the second session, Garden City University Chancellor Dr V.G. Joseph explains 'How to become a good student'. He spoke about the discipline, study methods and routine that a student needed.
Family Counselor and Special Educator Psychotherapist and Entrepreneur Nadira Jaffer spoke about ways to ' Know Thyself'. Nadira's session was about bringing out the hidden talents within. She explained that through this there will be an unexpected improvement in one's education and career. She made it clear that through this there will be a jump in the education sector.
Sadhbhavana Chief Executive Officer Dr K.E. Harish spoke about the changes in the Education sector. He also explained the changes bought about due to the digital age and the years following it.

Sharjah: The third day of 'Gulf Madhyamam' Educafe, will see various sessions that will be held for those students that are eagerly awaited. Notable among these are the sessions of Dr Arun Kumar at four in the evening and Srijan Pal Singh at six. In Arun Kumar's session, he will focus on assisting individuals with extraordinary talents in self-discovery.
Arun Kumar, who used to lead debates on MediaOne, 24 News, Asianet, Asianet News, Kairali and Doordarshan, will moderate the Toppers Talk session on 'Educafe'. The session of Kerala University assistant professor Arun Kumar is worth listening to.
At 6 o'clock, Srijan Pal Singh, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam's lifetime friend, will begin his insightful session. Srijan Pal will advise you on how to make history and put your name in it. The concepts of Srijan Pal Kalam, who follows in the footsteps of APJ Abdul Kalam, will also be introduced to the pupils, who will learn the importance of working hard to realise their dreams.
Academic Director Dr Ashiq Zainuddin will have a session describing the possibilities of medical education at 5.30 pm. Ray's Medical and Engineering CEO Arjun Murali will talk about how to prepare for various entrance exams in India. The second round of the APJ Abdul Kalam Innovation Award, which aims to identify the smartest among students, will also be held on Friday.
