Dubai Police and 'du' collaborate on digital transformation strategy

Dubai Police, in partnership with'du', a subsidiary of Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company, has organized a series of strategic meetings to discuss proactive digital transformation across various police operations. This initiative is part of a joint effort to position Dubai as a global leader in digital transformation.

The meetings focused on six key areas. The first, "Community Happiness," covered security awareness, social media communication, cultural diversity, community initiatives, corporate identity and management. The second area, "Financial Management," concentrated on revenue management, financial efficiency, financial control, budgeting and accounting.

In the third area, "Excellence and Pioneering," discussions are aimed at developing initiatives and projects, enhancing administrative processes, institutional evaluation, corporate excellence, opinion polling and strategic planning. "Legal Affairs," the fourth area, included legal consultations, dispute resolution, legislation and auditing.

The fifth area, "Governance and Risk Management," explored governance management, supervisory activities, risk management, business continuity and internal auditing. The final area, "Information Security," focused on information security governance, risk management and cybersecurity.

Senior officers, specialists and experts in digital services, digital transformation, community happiness, finance, infrastructure, cybersecurity, governance and risk management attended the meetings.
