As students prepare to return to classrooms, the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has initiated a campaign focusing on children's dental health. In collaboration with Dr Joy Dental Clinic, the campaign includes dental examinations, preventive measures and awareness programs to promote oral hygiene among school students.
The DHA regularly conducts health campaigns and screenings for students across Dubai. A memorandum of understanding was recently signed between the DHA and Dr Joy Dental Clinic to strengthen community-wide preventive efforts.
Dr Ramadan Al Blooshi, advisor to the DHA director-general and acting director of Public Health Protection, emphasized that the partnership aims to protect students' dental health through preventive screenings.
Dr Joy Antony, founder and CEO of the clinic, added that their facilities are equipped to cater to all individuals, including people of determination, ensuring comprehensive dental care.
