Riyadh: The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Carve Startup Labs on the sidelines of the Bibaan 2025 Forum, held in Riyadh from November 5 to 8 under the theme “A Global Destination for Opportunities.”
The MoU aims to collaborate with the Tomooh Program to design specialised programmes that support and empower companies enrolled in the initiative. It also seeks to facilitate the exchange of best practices and expertise between both parties, particularly in areas related to participation in market access programmes and international exhibitions —enhancing the readiness of Saudi companies for global expansion.
The agreement was signed on behalf of Monsha’at by Saud Khalid AlSabhan, Vice Governor, Entrepreneurship and on behalf of Carve Startup Labs by Vishnu Nagaraj, CEO.
This partnership extends Monsha’at’s efforts to provide a comprehensive support ecosystem for entrepreneurs by collaborating with international companies specialising in innovation and entrepreneurship, thereby expanding the global network and reach of Saudi enterprises.
It is worth noting that Bibaan 2025 is witnessing the signing of strategic agreements with local and international entities as part of the Kingdom’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the entrepreneurial economy and enable SMEs to access global markets and achieve sustainable growth.
