Kochi : The High Court on Wednesday dismissed a plea submitted jointly by Airport Authority Employees Union and KSIDC, challenging privatisation of Trivandrum airport.
The petition raised questions about handing over the landmark to Adani Group.
The ruling was made by broader bench, headed by the Chief Justice of Kerala.
