Kochi: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) team probing the murder of SFi worker Abhimanyu M at Maharaja's College, Ernakulam, would submit the primary chargesheet in the case before the judicial first class magistrate court here on Tuesday.
Though it was slated to submit on Monday, a delay occurred as some more procedures were to be followed.
The 1500 page chargesheet which would name 16 accused who were at the crime scene and 10 co-accused is being filed after 84 days of the first arrest in the case.
The investigation team has so far arrested 20 persons in connection with the case. Seven persons are still at large.
Abhimanyu, an undergraduate student at Maharaja's College in Ernakulam, was stabbed to death during a clash on the college campus around 12.45 am on July 2.
