Thiruvanthapuram: The driver who survived the fatal car accident that killed musician Balabhaskar and his daughter said to the police that the musician had driven the car at the time of accident.
Arjun was behind the wheel from Thrissur to Kollam in the early morning of September 25.
They stopped at Kollam for having juice, and afterwards, Balabhaskar took the wheel. His wife Laskmi and their daughter were in the passenger seat.
Chauffeur Arjun sat on the backseat and was sleeping at the time of the accident.
Police would record Lakshmi’s statement later as she is still under treatment.
