Kochi: The Ernakulam Principal Sessions Court on Wednesday nodded in favour of actor Dileep’s request for releasing his passport for travelling abroad.
The accused in the actress-assault case recently approached the court of releasing his passport for travelling to Germany as part of movie shooting.
The prosecution, however, strongly objected to the actor’ request dubbing it a ploy to delay the trial in the case.
