Thiruvananthapuram: State Human Rights Commission has demanded strict action against those who called for a hartal on Monday.
P. Mohandas, acting president of the Commission said that, any failure in this regard will lead to repetition of such incidents.
The Commission has asked the police to file a report within 30 days after taking necessary steps. The Commission step was taken on the complaint filed by Janata Dal leader Salim Madavur.
