Kollam: In yet another shocking incident, a four-year-old girl was killed after being raped by his relative in Kollam district.
The girl, who was reported missing on Wednesday, was found in a shed of a rubber estate in Kulathupuzha on Thursday.
A senior police official told IANS the victim's mother came to the Yeroor station complaining that her child did not return home from her school.
Her mother had handed the girl to her brother-in-law Rajesh, the accused, to be taken to the school.
The accused confessed to strangling the girl to death after raping her.
