Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala Excise minister G. Sudhakaran said that outlets of Beverages Corporation would not be closed. He said that shifting the outlets into residential areas may be opposed but the outlets cannot be banned altogether.
Government earns fund for social welfare schemes from state beverages corporation. Therefore, closing outlets is out of question, the Minister said.
