Kochi: The Kerala High Court Monday stayed the solar probe panel’s order asking Saritha Nair to submit the controversial letter.
Solar accused Saritha Nair had moved the Kerala High Court questioning a directive by Solar Scam Inquiry Commission to produce the letter written by her and handed over to her lawyer while in Pathanamthitta jail.
The letter allegedly contains names of influential persons involved in the solar scam.
Saritha had argued before the solar commission that it was a personal communication with her lawyer. However, the Commission had taken the stance that the letter cannot be treated as private.
