Sookshmananda’s role suspected in Saswathikananda's death, says sister

Kollam: Swamy Saswathikananda's sister Santha Saturday said she suspected the role of Swamy Sookshmananda in the death of her brother.

“I've decided to write to the Chief Minister seeking to interrogate Vellapally Natesan, his son Tushar, Sabu and Swamy Sookshmananda in connection with the death case,” said Santha.

Swami Saswathikananda was found drowned in the Periyar river at Aluva on July 1, 2002.

Recently, Biju Ramesh had alleged that Swami had been murdered and that SNDP chief Vellapally Natesan and his son Thushar had a role in it. However, Vellapally rejected the charge.
