Palakkad: A man allegedly stabbed his son to death over a property dispute at Anikkode in Palakkad on Tuesday.
Police have arrested Sridharan on charges of killing his son Praveen.
Sridharan's mother Lalitha and Praveen's wife Sathyabhama, who sustained injuries in the scuffle, have been admitted to a private hospital.
