Kozhikode: A 24-year-old man, who was stabbed by his lover's husband on the family court premises in Kozhikode, succumbed to injuries in the wee hours of Friday.
The deceased has been identified as Jinto Joseph, hailing from Kodenchery in Kozhikode.
Sunil Kumar, 42, stabbed his wife, Bindu, and Jinto on the family court premises here at around 1 p.m. on Thursday. They were in the court as part of an ongoing litigation.
Sunil was arrested by the Town Police and slapped charges under Section 307 (attempt to murder) of IPC.
