Thiruvananthapuram: Education Minister P K Abdu Rabb Tuesday said it was high time the state government thought of doing away with entrance examinations to engineering courses.
Talking to reporters after announcing the Kerala entrance rank list for engineering, he said government should examine whether entrance exams for engineering course was needed or not.
In the rank list announced, boys cornered the top 10 ranks in engineering entrance examination.
Giving details of admission schedule, he said the first phase allotment would be on June 30 and first allotment would be published on June 25.
