Thiruvananthapuram: Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala has ordered a Crime Branch investigation into the alleged custodial death of a youth in Kottayam.
“The government takes the issue seriously and the Crime Branch has been asked to carry out a thorough probe,” Chennithala said.
“If police officials are found to have been at fault, action will be taken against them,” he said.
