Biju Ramesh calls on VS, to meet Pinarayi over bar bribe issue

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala Bar Hotels Owners Association working president Biju Ramesh, who has been coming out with fresh evidences in bar bribe case, on Thursday met Opposition leader V S Achuthanandan, in a curious development.

Biju met the Marxist veteran around 6.45 pm at the Cantonment House to talk about the political conspiracies related to the bar bribe case and some political bigwigs involved in it.   

Talking to the media after the meeting that lasted for about 20 minutes, Biju Ramesh said he handed over details related to the money transactions to the Opposition leader.

“Achuthanandan responded positively. He has offered his support as I handed over to him some major details related to bar bribery,” Biju said.

He further said he would meet CPI-M state secretary Pinarayi Vijayan to share some of the details of the case.

Biju Ramesh has been in the news after he raised bribery allegations against Finance Minister K M Mani.
