Erattupetta: High drama prevailed at a public function attended by Finance Minister K.M Mani and P.C George at Thidanadu near Pala in Kottayam on Friday.
The tussle began when P.C. George MLA reportedly raised serious allegations against K.M Mani during his speech.
When George made a remarks against Mani , panchayat president George Joseph immediately switched off the mike that led to a confrontation between supporters of both the parties. An irate George reportedly smashed the mike.
Minister P.J. Joseph and Anto Antony were also present at the function.
