Thrissur: Three more people were arrested in connection with the Haneefa murder case on Tuesday morning.
Abid, Siddhique were arrested from the Shornur Railway Station while Shifi was nabbed from a lodge in Palakkad.
Shameer, prime accused in the case, was arrested after being caught by local people from his house.
Congress worker Haneefa (42), stated to be loyal to a group in the party, was stabbed to death in front of his mother at his house in Thiruvathra in Chavakkad in Thrissur district on August 7.
