P C George accuses AG, law secretary of sabotaging solar case

Thiruvananthapuram: In a latest revelation that is likely to give the UDF government a fresh jolt, dissident Kerala Congress (M) MLA P C George on Wednesday accused Advocate General and the present Law secretary of sabotaging the solar case by ‘playing down’ the statements of Saritha Nair in case.

“There was a conspiracy between Magistrate M V Raju and Advocate General K P Dandapani to sabotage the statements of Sarith Nair. The Magistrate did not record her statement when she mentioned the name of Jose K Mani. Jose had sexually exploited her in Delhi,” George has said in the statement.

He had, before recording his statement, told the media that the solar case was in fact a money laundering case.

“Sarith Nair was just an agent. Anto Antony MP was the kingpin of the solar scam.”

George accused Minister K Babu and Aryadan Muhammed of playing key role in the scam.

He added that Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan were aware of the development.

He also said he would produce more evidences to prove his remarks later.
