Palakkad: A three-member family was found dead in their house at Kottayi in Palakkad on Tuesday morning.
The dead has been identified as Naniyamma of Kottai and her children Pramod and Vinod.
It is learnt that the family committed suicide following threats from the blade mafia.
The police have begun a probe into the incident.
