Thiruvananthapuram: The State Cabinet has decided to place stringent curbs on fresh appointments and creation of new posts in the face of acute financial crisis.
Talking to reporters here, Finance Minister K.M Mani said new appointments and posts would not be created in the face of financial crisis.
“The government’s expenditure is going up. The Cabinet has approved the Finance department’s recommendation regarding the issue,” he said.
