Thiruvananthapuram: P.C Sanal Kumar, former IAS officer of Kerala cadre, died of cardiac arrest at a private hospital here on Saturday.
He had served as the District Collector in Kasaragod and Pathanamthitta districts.
Sanal Kumar was also a popular satirist, who writes in Malayalam. He won the prestigious Kerala Sahitya Academy Award in the year 2004.
