Mumbai: Silverstorm Parks and Resorts Limited, an integrated amusement and leisure destination operator, will open its initial public offering (IPO) on July 24, with the company seeking to raise up to Rs 82.43 crore at the upper end of the price band.
The IPO will comprise 61,98,000 fresh equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each. The price band has been fixed at Rs 123-Rs 133 per share, with the company's shares proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform.
The minimum application size is 2,000 equity shares, with applications thereafter permitted in multiples of 1,000 shares.
The anchor bidding is scheduled for July 23, while the public issue will open on July 24 and close on July 28. The shares are scheduled to be listed on July 31.
Of the total issue, not more than 17,61,000 equity shares will be allocated to anchor investors, while qualified institutional buyers, excluding the anchor portion, will be offered not more than 11,76,000 shares. Non-institutional investors will be allocated not less than 8,88,000 shares, individual investors not less than 20,62,000 shares, and the market maker will have 3,11,000 shares.
The company plans to use the IPO proceeds to fund capital expenditure for setting up an indoor snow park and family entertainment centre in Lucknow, as well as the expansion and upgradation of its existing Athirappilly Theme Park in Kerala. The funds will also be used for the repayment or pre-payment, either fully or partially, of certain borrowings and for general corporate purposes.
Vivro Financial Services Private Limited and MUFG Intime India Private Limited are the Book Running Lead Manager and Registrar to the issue, respectively.
Commenting on the IPO, Silverstorm Parks and Resorts Managing Director Shalimar A. I. said the company had spent more than two and a half decades developing its integrated leisure and entertainment destination at Athirappilly and had subsequently expanded its operations to Jamshedpur. He said the IPO would provide capital to expand the company's footprint, introduce new attractions, upgrade existing destinations and enhance visitor experiences.
Roshan Vaishnav, Director of Vivro Financial Services Private Limited, said the company had maintained a focus on operational excellence and sustainable growth, adding that the IPO would support its expansion plans and strengthen its market position.
Silverstorm Parks and Resorts, along with its subsidiaries, operates leisure and entertainment destinations under the 'Silver Storm' and 'Snow Storm' brands in Athirappilly and Jamshedpur. Its flagship facility near the Athirappilly waterfalls caters to domestic tourists, institutional groups, including educational and corporate visitors, and families.
The Athirappilly facility includes an amusement and water park, an indoor snow park, a resort and food and beverage outlets, offering multiple leisure experiences at a single destination. The company also operates an approximately 5,183-square-foot indoor snow park in Jamshedpur, which began operations in October 2025.
A ropeway attraction is currently under development at Athirappilly, while the company plans to establish an indoor snow park and family entertainment centre at Omaxe Hazratganj Mall in Lucknow.
On a consolidated basis, the company reported total income of Rs 4,485.11 lakh in fiscal 2026, up from Rs 3,164.04 lakh in fiscal 2025 and Rs 1,910.70 lakh in fiscal 2024. EBITDA stood at Rs 2,936 lakh in fiscal 2026, compared with Rs 1,655.89 lakh in fiscal 2025 and Rs 652.40 lakh in fiscal 2024.
The company's consolidated profit after tax (PAT) rose to Rs 1,910.27 lakh in fiscal 2026 from Rs 971.07 lakh in fiscal 2025 and Rs 96.62 lakh in fiscal 2024.
