New Delhi: BJP leader and Lok Sabha MP from Uttarakhand's Mandi, Kangana Ranaut, called Congress leader Rahul Gandhi "bitter, poisonous and destructive". She was bitterly attacking the leader for endorsing the fresh Hindenburg report against the SEBI chief, accusing Rahul of attempting to destabilise India's security and economy, The Time of India reported.
She claimed that the nation is not going to accept Rahul as its leader.
The actor-turned-politician wrote on X, "Rahul Gandhi is the most dangerous man; he is bitter, poisonous and destructive, his agenda is that if he can't be the Prime Minister, then he might as well destroy this nation. Hindenberg's report targeting our stock market that Rahul Gandhi was endorsing last night turned out to be a damp squib."
She wrote, "He is trying everything to destabilise this nation, its security and economy. Mr Gandhi get ready to sit in the opposition all your life and the way you suffering get ready to suffer the glory, the growth and the nationalism of the people of this nation. They will never make you their leader. You are a disgrace".
More BJP leaders are offended that Rahul Gandhi is highlighting Hindenburg's report to corner the Modi regime. The BJP spokesperson Nalin Kohli asked if Rahul had to "support" the Hindenburg report.
"This is very worrying. An international company is coming up with reports. SC did not find facts in the report; they had set it aside. Now, it is happening again at a time when the Parliament session is ongoing. Congress and other parties are riding on it. We need to think whether international forces are attacking the Indian democracy and economy? We need to investigate. Rahul Gandhi is the LoP; does he have to support it? We need to introspect and work together to save the country," Nalin Kohli told PTI.
