Petrol, diesel prices become so 'hot' for common Indians

New Delhi: The petrol and diesel continue to its saga of setting new highs day a day in the country as it almost became a 'hot' commodity for the common people. Prices of petrol and diesel were hiked once again today, taking the fuel prices in India to a historic high.

According to the data from the country's largest fuel retailer Indian Oil, the petrol prices in Delhi have been increased by 29 paise from Rs 95.56 per litre to ₹ 95.85 per litre and diesel prices have been hiked by an equal amount from Rs 86.47 per litre to ₹ 86.76 per litre.
