In another video the two men threatened to kill Prime Minister Modi in the same manner.
The police on Tuesday night arrested the two accused from Bheem area of Rajsamand district while they were trying to flee.
India Today TV reported that the accused followed a post by the slain tailor's eight-year-old son supporting BJP leader Nupur Sharma.
Nupur Sharma kicked up storm earlier this month making controversial statements about the Prophet Muhammad on live TV debate.
