New Delhi: The Army and the Punjab police have begun an investigation into the death of a Lieutenant Colonel and his wife.
The officer of the Indian Army reportedly murdered his wife before shooting himself dead last night, NDTV reported.
The Lieutenant Colonel based in Punjab's Ferozepur confessed in his suicide note to murdering his wife, who was found dead in his residence.
The couple, who had marital issues, were undergoing regular counselling sessions when things went to the extreme.
