Nabisaab Killedar is a watermelon vendor whose shop near the Nuggikeri temple in Dharwad was vandalized by the Hindu activists last month.
He was a victim of the campaign against Muslim vendors running shops in the temple premises.
The photos and videos of the shop getting attacked went viral on social media.
Police had arrested Sri Rama Sena activists in connection with the incident.
Nabisaab Killedar is invited with an aim to promote communal harmony in the state.
Other working class people to participate alongside him include a beedi worker, a construction worker, a farmer and environment activists.
