Kangana credits PM Modi with single-handedly saving the world from World War III

Actress-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi with single-handedly saving the world from World War III during an election campaign in Madhya Pradesh.

In her effort to portray PM Modi as the one who is more sought out at the international level for resolving issues, however, she ended up becoming a laughingstock on social media.

She asserted that world leaders, including Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian officials, sought PM Modi's guidance to resolve the Russia-Ukraine conflict, crediting him with averting a global catastrophe.

Ranaut's statements stirred a storm on social media, with netizens criticizing her for the sensational remarks. This isn't the first time Ranaut has faced backlash online.

Earlier, she drew ridicule for mistakenly targeting opposition leader Tejashwi Yadav, instead of her intended target, BJP colleague Tejasvi Surya. Yadav humorously responded to the gaffe, questioning Ranaut's familiarity with him.

Ranaut's assertions about PM Modi's international influence and her subsequent online gaffes have intensified public scrutiny of her political rhetoric.

Despite her attempts to bolster Modi's image, Ranaut's controversial statements continue to draw attention and criticism from both supporters and detractors alike.
