Umar Khalid - who has been accused of being a JeM sympathiser, of having made 800 calls to Pakistan, the Middle East and Kashmir and of having masterminding pro-Afzal Guru protests across several universities in the country - returned to the JNU campus on Sunday night.
With lookout notice issued against him by Delhi police in the same case as Kanhaia Kumar - of making anti-national statements at the university campus on February 9 – Umar addressed the assembled students on the campus.
