Amazon Prime plans to release the reboot of the video game show in more than 240 countries by 2023. In the original show, hundreds of contestants were forced to go through a list of quirky physical challenges that revolved around giant, goofy, set pieces, according to the NIE.
The original Takeshi's Castle featured a list of creative physical challenges such as You Can't Continue on an Empty Stomach, Wall to Freedom Becomes Far, Barrier of the Border, and Dragon God's Pond. Javed Jaffrey has expressed interest in returning to the show, but his involvement in the project is currently unclear
