The highly anticipated film "Kalki 2898 AD," starring Prabhas, is set to hit theaters on June 27.
As the release date approaches, the excitement has been amplified with the launch of the Bhairava Anthem promo, featuring a collaboration between Prabhas and popular singer Diljit Dosanjh. Directed by Nag Ashwin, this song is the first to be released from the film's soundtrack.
The Bhairava Anthem promo, unveiled amidst great fanfare, combines Diljit's distinctive Punjabi style with Prabhas's charismatic presence.
The teaser opens with Diljit against a backdrop of fireworks, creating a vibrant atmosphere. Prabhas then makes a dramatic entrance, dressed in a black trench coat, scarf, and sunglasses, ending the teaser with a powerful handshake between the two stars.
"Kalki 2898 AD" boasts an impressive cast, including Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani. The film is set in a dystopian world inspired by Hindu scriptures, projected into the year 2898 AD.
Director Nag Ashwin is known for his acclaimed 2018 biographical drama "Mahanati," which won a National Award. "Kalki 2898 AD" marks the first collaboration between Deepika Padukone and Prabhas. However, Deepika has previously worked with Amitabh Bachchan in the 2015 film "Piku."
