On March 25, Rajamouli's "RRR" will hit the screen

On March 25, S.S. Rajamouli's much-anticipated and long-postponed film "RRR" will finally hit theaters.

Magnum opus' creators announced the release date on Monday via their social media accounts.

Jr NTR and Ram Charan are depicting two real-life unsung heroes in 'RRR', the fictionalized tale of the Rampa Rebellion of 1922, which featured two real-life unsung heroes. Both NTR and Charan play Rampa rebel leader Alluri Sitarama Raju, who spearheaded the Rampa revolt in 1922.He took on the Nizam of Hyderabad, along with the Gond rebel Komaram Bheem.

'Baahubali' composer M.M. Keeravaani composed the score for this grand movie starring Alia Bhatt, Olivia Morris, Ajay Devgn and Shriya Saran.

Apart from Telugu and Tamil, the film will also be released in Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.

In January, the makers of 'RRR' had planned on releasing it, but the massive demand for Covid-19 compelled them to delay. Now that the release date has been announced, promotional efforts will restart.
