KGF star Yash praises Kalki 2898 AD, calls it "visually stunning"

KGF star Yash has expressed his admiration for the latest box office hit, Kalki 2898 AD, featuring an ensemble cast including Deepika Padukone, Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani.

Celebrities and fans alike have been impressed by Nag Ashwin's ambitious project.

On Sunday, Yash shared a detailed review on X (formerly known as Twitter), applauding the film's creative storytelling and visual brilliance.

Yash praised director Nag Ashwin and production house Vyjayanthi Movies, stating, "Kudos to the #Kalki2898AD team for creating a visually stunning spectacle! This film paves the way for more creative storytelling. Nag Ashwin and Vyjayanthi Movies, your vision and courage will inspire many to take bigger strides."

He also commended the film's star-studded cast, saying, "Watching Darling Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan sir, Kamal Haasan sir, and Deepika Padukone, along with some surprise cameos, is an incredible experience. Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this film together - it truly lights up the screen!"

Kalki 2898 AD also features guest appearances from Mrunal Thakur, Ram Gopal Varma, SS Rajamouli, Vijay Deverakonda, and Dulquer Salmaan.

On the professional front, Yash has begun filming Geetu Mohandas' Toxic: A Fairy Tale For Grown-ups, produced by KVN Productions and Yash's Monster Mind Creations. In April, the producers announced the commencement of the film's shoot, highlighting Yash's commitment to creating opportunities within Karnataka.

The producers explained, "Due to the lack of optimal facilities, our big films often end up being shot outside the state. Yash has long expressed this concern, and to address it, we at KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations are kickstarting the shooting of Toxic in Karnataka. We have already erected massive sets, creating many job opportunities and avenues for local technicians and budding talent."

They added, "As producers, we had options from various locations in India and abroad. The film involves actors and technicians from multiple industries, including international talent. Setting up a base in Karnataka, however, was a deliberate choice by Yash and KVN to showcase the tremendous potential of our people before shooting parts of the film elsewhere."
