Lijo Jose Pellissery receiving the best director award at IFFI closing ceremony on Thursday
"Panaji: Malayalam director Lijo Jose Pellissery won the award for the best director at the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) for the movie Jallikattu.
French-Swiss co-produced drama 'Particles' won the prestigious 'golden peacock award' for the best film.
Pellissery was awarded the accolades at the closing ceremony of the event in Goa on Thursday. He had won the award at IFFI last year as well for the movie Ee Ma Yau.
