Kannur: Singer VaikomVijayalakshmi has announced her withdrawal from the marriage fixed with Santhosh.
The marriage was fixed to be held on 29th of March. In the press conference by the singer, she said that the change in attitude of Santhosh has what forced her to take the decision.
She said, that Santhosh, a Thrissur resident, has said that she cannot continue her singing career after marriage and may join any music school as a teacher. Though he had earlier agreed to live at Vijayalakshmi’s house, Santhoshlater changed his mind and said that the couple will have to live at the house of his relative.
Vijayalakshmi added that, decision to withdraw from the marriage is her own and no one has coerced her into doing so.
