Washington: Trump celebrated the companionship of select media who he claimed had supported him even as right-wing mouthpiece Fox News declared victory for rival Joe Biden.

Trump and his associates alleged that there was election interference from 'big media and big tech' and also claimed victory while addressing Americans from the White House. Trump supporters also tweeted their disappointment with "Fox News sucks" and echoing Trump's call to "stop the count ."

"We no more trust Fox News," one tweet reads.

The news conference held by Rudy Giuliani, the personal attorney to Donald Trump accused the Democrats pf rigging the elections. The event was covered by Fox News but it allegedly ended the conference to report the news of Biden's lead in Michigan.

The turnaround sparked fury in the outgoing US President who accused the channel of having sold out to the opposition. Biden currently leads the vote count with 264 electoral votes and 50.5% of the vote share with Trump on his heels at 214 electoral votes and 47.8% percentage votes.
