ICJ orders Israel to allow aid into Gaza, says it breached international law

The advisory opinion supported by ten of the eleven judges found that Israel had used starvation as a method of warfare by blocking all UN aid into Gaza between March and May, rejecting its substitute agency, and noting that 2,100 Palestinians were killed near aid distribution points and famine declared.
