The group cited officials engaging in Hindu religious activities in uniform in violation of rules, and called flower petals showered on kanwar yatris by senior police and IAS officers, and alleged intimidation of Muslim shopkeepers, a “brazen disregard of secular conduct and law”, criticising inaction on hate speech.
