In the complaint, a 64-year-old man said that he planned a Kerala trip from Nov 25 to Dec1, and the amenities for the travel like air tickets and hotels were booked online but when tried to book online a cab to pick him and his family from Kochi airport, he found Rs 2 lack was transferred from his account in three transactions.
