Sharjah offers up to 80% discounts, distributes 100 bags in ‘back-to-school’ campaign

With the new academic year set to begin on August 26, parents in Sharjah can benefit from discounts of up to 80% on school supplies, thanks to the Sharjah Summer Promotions campaign. The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) organised the campaign until September 1. It offers deals on apparel, electronic devices and school bags across malls, libraries, and stationery stores in the emirate.
In addition to shopping, students can participate in entertainment activities, workshops, and events where educational supplies will be distributed. From August 23 to 25, 100 school bags and vouchers for purchasing school supplies will be given away at 06 Mall to students, parents and families.
Abdul Aziz Al Shamsi, Assistant Director-General for Communication and Business Sector at SCCI, stated that the Back-to-School aims to support families by providing essential school supplies at discounted prices, creating a positive educational environment for children.
Ibrahim Rashid Al Jarwan, Director of Economic Relations and Marketing at SCCI, highlighted the collaborative effort between traders, suppliers and retail stores to ensure families can access affordable school essentials.
